OrdersA minimum order total to the value of R2000 per order and at least one order per term / quarter has to be made. Orders placed of a lesser value will be charged at retail price. AccountIn order to retain your wholesale account at least one order per term needs to be made. Fees & PaymentPayment in full is to be received no later than three days from the date of placing the order. Your order number is to be used as your payment reference. Proof of payment is to be forwarded to info@h2hgifts.co.za. If payment has not been received within the given timeframe your order will be deemed as cancelled. No order will be processed until payment has been cleared in our bank account. Returns & CancellationAs all our products are manufactured on a make-to-order basis we do not accept returns. Order of goods cancelled after production has started carry a 30% non-refundable penalty fee. Processing timeThere is a normal waiting period of 14 – 21 working days for production (meaning your order can take up to one month to complete, but this is not always the case). Order status updates will be forwarded to you via email. RestrictionsAll designs are Copyright of Heart to Heart Gifts. You may not copy, reverse engineer or modify any of your products / designs. Should this occur legal action will be taken against you. Shipping & DeliveryDelivery charges are not included in the pricing and final amount due. Should you choose not to collect your order in person, the responsibility of arranging for collection falls upon you (the client). You will be notified via email once your order is completed and ready for collection.Heart to Heart Gifts will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods / parcels by any third-party delivery services (Couriers or South-African Post office).
